Your institution must first apply for entry to the Programme and then for funding on behalf of the participant(s). Applications must be completed electronically and must be submitted by 12 noon (Brussels time) on Tuesday 5th February 2019.

How to apply for Erasmus+ Funding:

Pre-register with us, either online (via the Study Visits & Courses page) or by email at info@confluencescotland.co.uk. We will reserve you a place on the course of your choice.

Register your school / college / organisation with the European Commission Authentication Service (ECAS), if it is not already registered.

When you are ready to register, go to http://ec.europa.eu/education/participants/portal/desktop/en/home.html

Log in to the Participant Portal (URF) with your institution’s ECAS number to obtain a Participant Identification Code (PIC)  

Download and complete the relevant application form and submit your application online by 12 noon (Brussels time) on Tuesday 5th February 2019.

If you teach in school, vocational or adult education within the EU, or in one of the affiliated countries (Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Turkey, Liechtenstein, Republic of Macedonia), you or your colleagues / students may be eligible for funding for one of our training courses under the Erasmus+ Programme - . Key Action 1 –  Learning Mobility of Individuals. One participant can attend more than one course, or a group can attend the same course.  The Erasmus+ grant will cover most or all course expenses, including organisation & tuition fees, accommodation and travel.
